Booking Terms

Your stay is considered booked once a payment of 30% (deposit) is made.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than one day before check-in.

You may choose to pay the full amount upfront.

The full payment is refundable if no more than 48 hours have passed since booking, provided that the stay is at least 7 days away.

If the booking is made less than 7 days before the stay, the refund will be subject to a deduction of the deposit.

If the stay is less than 7 days away and you change your dates by more than 2 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to agreement via direct communication.
