❤️ Laska House is a modern, cozy rental home in the picturesque village of Pylypets, nestled in the Carpathian Mountains. We’re located right at the entrance to the village, just off the main road leading to Synevyr, Shypit Waterfall, Kolochava, ski resorts, and the most popular hiking routes of the Carpathians 🏔️. ✨ What makes Laska House special? The breathtaking panoramic view of the Borzhava Ridge, seen from the windows and terrace. Beautiful sunsets that fill the space with magic, and at night — a real starry sky untouched by city lights. From April to November, sheep 🐑 pass by the house daily, adding to the atmosphere, and sometimes you might even spot wild mountain inhabitants: roe deer, hares, or foxes — and the true little hostess, a shy weasel.
Terrace, Hot Tub, and Barbecue
On the terrace next to the house, you’ll find a barbecue area, fire pit, and hot tub with its own terrace, bringing joy not only in winter but also in summer. Relaxing in hot water with a mountain view is a favorite ritual of our guests, no matter the season 🏞️.
Active Adventures Nearby
Although the ski lift in Pylypets is about 7 km away 🚶♂️, for lovers of active holidays this is the perfect distance: easy to reach by car — and within minutes you’re at Shypit Waterfall, skiing, snowboarding 🎿, hiking trails, or bike routes. For thrill-seekers, there’s paragliding 🪂, quad biking, and jeep tours. Meanwhile, right near the house you’ll find the best local shops, pharmacy, ATMs, a bank, and a Nova Poshta branch 📦 — everything you need for convenience and peace of mind.
