Is the cabin suitable for families with children?
Yes, Laska House is great for families. There are separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, board games, and a projector for movie nights. For the youngest guests we have a cot and a baby bath. Please note: the grounds are not fenced, and the car park is 45 steps below the house.

Laska House has 3 rooms with 6 sleeping spots: a Queen bed (160×200 cm), a small double bed (130×200 cm) that comfortably sleeps two, and a sofa bed (160×200 cm). Two separate bedrooms plus a living room.

There are grocery shops in Pylypets a few minutes’ drive from the cabin, with a wider choice in the neighbouring towns of Volovets and Mizhhirya. We give guests a list of the nearest shops with addresses and opening hours at check-in.
Where can I eat near the cabin?
Pylypets and the surrounding villages have traditional kolybas, cafes and restaurants. We keep our own shortlist of places we have tried ourselves and share it with guests, so you do not spend your holiday searching.
Can I arrange a taxi or a transfer?
Yes. Local drivers operate in Pylypets and the nearby villages, and we work with them regularly. We pass their contacts to guests and can help arrange a transfer if needed.
Is there a sauna, hot tub or massage nearby?
The property has its own wood-fired hot tub, standing next to the house with its own deck around it and chairs to sit in. There are also sauna complexes, separate hot tubs and massage therapists nearby - we point guests to the ones we trust.
