Terms of Stay
Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time – from 14:00. Check-in is only possible with full prepayment for the entire stay.
Check-out time – by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out is possible by arrangement if there is no subsequent booking.
Stay in the house is only possible for the paid period. If needed, the period can be extended provided there are no other bookings.
For short stays (less than a day), the full daily rate is charged.
If any malfunctions are detected, please contact the administrator for repair. Please do not attempt any repairs or adjustments to the equipment on your own.
Terms of Stay:
Guests are allowed to stay in the house with pets upon prior agreement and additional payment. However, under no circumstances should they sleep or rest on the furniture. If your pet leaves traces of its activity near or inside the house, please clean up immediately.
The house keys must not be handed over to third parties and unauthorized persons must not be allowed in the house in your absence.
Laska House and its owners are not responsible for the safety of guests’ documents, valuables, or money.
After 23:00, please maintain silence both inside the house and on the premises.
Guests who are not registered in the house must leave the premises by 22:00. Otherwise, their stay must be officially registered.
Rules of Conduct at Laska House:
Smoking inside the house or on the terrace is strictly prohibited. Smoking on the premises is only allowed in specially designated areas where there is a specific sign or ashtrays.
Before leaving the house, please ensure that all doors and windows are closed and that electrical appliances are turned off.
It is forbidden to bring and store weapons, explosive and flammable, corrosive, poisonous, narcotic substances, and other dangerous items.
On the Laska House premises, it is prohibited to light fires except in the designated fire pit and barbecue area. Cutting trees or damaging shrubs is forbidden.
Other Provisions:
Any damage caused to the property or premises is subject to compensation by the guest or their responsible party. The compensation amount is determined by the market value of the damaged items.
Laska House reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Responsibility:
Guests of Laska House bear full personal responsibility for their own safety, health, the security of their personal belongings, and for the actions and safety of their children and pets during their stay on the property, including the house, surrounding grounds, and adjacent areas.
The administration is not liable for any injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, loss or damage to personal property, or harm caused to other guests, animals, or third parties resulting from the guests’ carelessness or negligence.
We kindly ask all guests to act responsibly, follow basic safety rules, supervise their children at all times, and ensure pets are not left unattended or allowed to damage property, disturb others, or consume unknown items found on the premises.
Rules for Visiting the Hot Tub
Booking and Usage Time:
The hot tub takes approximately 2.5 hours to prepare. Booking requires full prepayment and must be made no later than 6 hours prior, provided that a competent worker is available to prepare the hot tub.
There is no time limit for staying in the hot tub during the booked period.
Safety:
- Do not stand on the hot tub lid – it is intended only for heating and protection and cannot support excessive weight.
- Jumping into the hot tub is prohibited.
Use of Bathrobes:
- Bathrobes are provided exclusively for use during bathing.
- After bathing, please leave the bathrobes in the laundry basket or hang them on the drying rack near the mirror.
Hot Tub Controls:
The hot tub control panel has buttons on its side:
- The three left buttons – press them.
- The right button – rotate it.
- Do not press any buttons if the hot tub is not filled with water!
Restrictions:
- It is forbidden to throw pine needles, plants, sharp or foreign objects into the water or hot tub.
- For heating, use only the firewood provided by the staff.
- Self-reheating of the hot tub is strictly prohibited!
Safety and Responsibility:
- The administration does not supervise the bathing process, so please follow safety measures and water rules.
- Do not leave children unattended!
After Bathing:
- Be sure to turn off the hydro/air massages and the lighting.
- Open the taps indicated by our staff to drain the water from the hot tub.
Fines and Compensation:
- The usage fee is refunded in case the hot tub cannot be prepared.
- Unauthorized use or self-initiated reheating of the hot tub will result in a fine equal to three times the usage fee.
- Damage to the hot tub or equipment must be compensated by the guest or the responsible party.
